Xiaomi Max Phablet Cooming Soon

Hello, now desmartphone.com will reviews about newest smartphone. it is called Xiaomi Max phablet. After seeking information how the new phablet would be called, first render of the device has appeared online. Dubbed Xiaomi Max, the phablet visually looks very similar to the flagship Mi 5.

There are a few differences as well. Unlike the Mi 5 which sports a 5.15-inch screen, the Xiaomi Max is said to feature a massive 6.4-inch display which will make it the biggest smartphone in the Mi range - in terms of screen size. Another rumoured specification of the Max says that the handset will be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, similar to the Mi 5.

At the back, we find the camera and dual tone LED flash sitting at the top left corner. The camera module sits flat with rest of the back that appears to have curved edge design similar to the Mi 5. Just that out here the back appears to sport a matte metal finish instead of the glass surface on the Mi 5.

Details about the handset are limited as of now, however, with what's been revealed, the Xiaomi Max looks like an enhanced version of the Mi 5. We will however have to wait for the company's confirmation of the handset.

We can see thin bezels, volume and power buttons on the right side, and a physical home button that will probably have a fingerprint scanner. The expected launch date is sometime in May.
