I am a loyal customer of HTC for a quite period also created group and i created my mail id on HTC name.This is my consecutively 3 rd mob i m purchasing and using. I have purchased HTC 825 on this month ie.,Aug 3rd. Today morning (25/8/16)i saw that there is a crack line acorss top portion of display glass. i using this mob as utmost care as my kid. i dont how this was happened. I am sure any fall or hit wasn't happened. I thing some defect now come out visible way. I am really disappointed and u know i am always proud keeping this phone among friend and official circle. i used to recommend to others HTC model depends on their requirements and budget. But i don't know how to take out my mob in public now.
I req you kindly address the issue ur side. i know your reply will to contact to nearst service center. But u know what response i will going to get from center for this crack.
